Hanna received her Bachelor of Science from Western Washington University in 2003, and Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Lake Washington Institute of Technology in 2012. She joined Seattle Orthopedic Center in 2014 and brings experience with a variety of patient populations in both inpatient and hospital-based outpatient settings.
She is certified in the Graston Technique for soft tissue mobilization and has completed continuing education in manual therapies including muscle energy and joint mobilizations, rehab for joint replacement, nerve sensitization, functional mechanics, weight training, and kinesiology taping; as well as topics in nutrition, behavioral health, mindfulness and stress reduction, and cardiopulmonary rehab.
Hanna enjoys helping people return to doing the things they love after injury. She works within the physical therapy setting to treat patients with a wholistic approach, striving to listen carefully to patients, tailor treatments to patient goals, and make appropriate referrals throughout the rehab process. She is proud to support a highly skilled group of therapists who were recognized on Seattle Magazine’s list of “Top Doctors” in 2018 and 2019.
In her free time she dabbles in yoga, thai chi, sailing, gardening and stained glass, and can often be found skiing, hiking, camping, and enjoying PNW living with her family and friends.
