Dr. Jonathan Franklin, a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with Orthopedic Specialist of Seattle, was named to the Best Doctors in America 2013. Only doctors who earn the support and recommendation from their colleagues are included in this prestigious database, a registry of the top 5% of physicians in the United States.

Dr. Franklin is also on Seattle Magazine’s Top Doctors list and teaches as a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University School of Medicine.
Recruited to college on both wresting and academic scholarships, Dr. Franklin earned an undergraduate degree from the prominent, respected Harvard University. Dr. Franklin went on to earn his medical degree at the University of Washington, where he also completed his residency. He then attended the Salt Lake Knee Research Foundation and completed a fellowship in sports medicine.

Dr. Franklin was selected based on his superior clinical expertise, his outstanding medical practice record, and his impeccable community service. He performs over 350 knee surgeries each year, many of them arthroscopic surgeries.
